In Los Angeles, KCAL 9 is airing The Young and The Restless at 1pm, The Bold and The Beautiful at 2pm on the affected dates, airing only 1 episode of Hot Bench at 2:30pm and pre-empting Judge Mathis altogether. KCAL is not airing The Talk.
No one will be airing The Talk.
In the San Francisco Market, KBCW 44 airs The Young & The Restless at 2pm, followed by The Bold and The Beautiful at 3pm, pre-empting Judge Jerry and Two and a Half Men.

In a few cases, both soaps are affected.
Seattle is the only city found where B&B airs at usual time but Y&R airs overnight.
For overnight airings, it's usually following James Corden, but in a few cases something else airs after Corden, and then the soap after that.
In a few cases, the stations had initially said that the soap or soaps would air overnight
at 1:00am or 1:37am or 2:00 etc (exactly on the hour, or exactly on the half-hour.)
But in fact, it airs at 7 minutes past the hour or 37 minutes past the hour.

That’s because KIRO delays B&B until 2pm PT every day to accommodate their hourlong noon newscast.
If only that were true. I recently saw the episode of "MacGyver" (which airs Saturday evenings on the CW affiliate) I missed years earlier when college basketball bumped the show to late night and I didn't know to add time or didn't add enough time. It was nice to see the show again and there could be other episodes I missed. I hope so, if they do air.
So Y&R is clearly Young and Restless, but what is B&B? Possibly the Bold and the Beautiful? Or is it that British TV show called B&B?
By the way, KGWN does seem to do good about running mid-day programming, but it will randomly be pre-empted by stuff like soccer.
So how long after a show's cancellation is a competing network allowed to air reruns? MacGyver had it's last episode April 30th, 2021.
It's not on a network, as far as I know. There was no reason for me to even mention it was a CW affiliate. What the station does when not airing CW programming is its own business.

So You Think You Can Dance will not be waltzing on to screens this summer due to the COVID-19 production shutdown.
Production on the dance reality competition was shut down earlier this year as the global pandemic started and Fox has now revealed that the 17th season of the show will not be moving forward due to “health and governmental restrictions”.
“As a result, while we were looking forward to its return this summer, we cannot meet the standards we’ve set for viewers and contestants in light of the show’s unique format, intricate production schedule and limited time,” the network noted.
Which still has nothing to do with the topic.

I don't know how long a soccer game is supposed to last but WSOC-TV (ABC) and WAXN will be airing the first Charlotte FC game this Saturday at 6. That definitely means the 6:00 news and World News Tonight, and whatever follows that. WAXN is independent.
That's not a pre-emption. That's a delay.
The remark about the British show was, in fact, sarcasm. However, I am not one to watch a lot of TV anymore unless I go visit family, and I especially haven't watched the afternoon time-slot for ages, so my memory is a bit sloppy. So my question was real (although I did figure it out), but yes the remark about B&B was sarcastic.
Didn’t realize WSOC was also airing it too. But this means WAXN will be airing one run of the King of Queens at 4:30 and the other at 10:35 after the WSOC produced news. Also American Ninja Warrior gets bumped to 11pm because a special newcast is airing at 5pm followed by the pregame show.
Game is on WMYA rather than WLOS, maybe they don't want to bump ABC News with what's going on.
On March 5 2022 WOI ABC 5 in Des Moines Iowa will be airing Variety Telethon Spotlight at 7pm followed by the ABC NBA Basketball game joined in progress at 8pm.
Speaking of ABC preempting, we had those special reports on all the major networks last night, ugh.
