This hardly seems fair. My motel room's cable in Myrtle Beach doesn't have this channel. I'm guessing anyone who lives there also doesn't have it in the standard package, but the motels could be different. And WBTW is on VHF, so few people in Myrtle Beach can get it with an antenna. I'm going to assume the situation is the same in Charleston.
The only home provider in Myrtle Beach that doesn't carry WBTW-DT2 is Dish. DirecTV carries it on 14, Frontier on 49, HTC Cable on 89, and Spectrum on 1215.
Everyone in Charleston carries WCBD-DT2: 14 on UVerse and Comcast, 3 on DirectTV, and 50 on Dish.
