They preempted that for this?

Don't know if this aired in other area's but in Des Moines WHO 13 (NBC) aired a special at 10pm called Saving a Generation The Fentaanyl Crisis pushing the 10pm News to 10:12pm.

Why can't they just move Jeopardy and Wheel to KPHO for one night?
I remember a few years ago the general manager of KPNX spoke of holding onto Wheel and Jeopardy! despite the high costs of those shows, because he didn't want the competition to gain a ratings advantage going into primetime. I'm surprised that neither is on KPNX now.

I think that special is ran on all Nextar stations around the country. Here in Denver it was just aired on KDVR this past Sunday at 6 pm instead of Fox reruns and this past Monday on KWGN at 9 pm instead of the Superman and Lois rerun on CW.
Did the Fox reruns air later?

Here in Arizona, there's a U.S. Senate debate between Republican Kari Lake & Democrat Ruben Gallego that'll air on most TV stations in the state at 6 MST. No major preemptions as for most, it'll be during (at least here in Phoenix) the 6PM hour where most are airing news, although KPHO (CBS Phoenix) is preempting the CBS Evening News tonight to show it. Sister Gray station KOLD (CBS Tucson) & KVOA (NBC Tucson) aren't showing the debate. https://storageccec.blob.core.usgov...44-How-to-watch-the-AZ-U-S--Senate-debate.pdf

tonight, Dancing With The Stars will be half of the show preempted on WFAA so they can air the debate between Collin Allred and Senator Ted Cruz in one of the most important races outside the President/Vice President race. the first half will air on the 8.2 subchannel and the second half on 8.1/8.8 (from KMPX's signal of WFAA).

The New England-Jacksonville game will air on ABC affiliates WCVB and WJXX tomorrow morning.

The Chargers-Cardinals game airs on Fox-owned MyTV O&O KCOP and Fox O&O KSAZ on Monday night.

I don't know what's happening for KCOP yet, but KSAZ will have 9-1-1: Lone Star and Rescue HI-Surf air at 11pm after the 10:30 news.

That'll be if & ONLY IF Mets/Dodgers NLCS doesn't go 7 which it would if the Mets win tomorrow night, if that's the case, then it'll likely be shown here in Phoenix on KSAZ's sister station KUTP (FOX 10 Xtra). The Dodgers being in the NLCS plus the fact that it was originally scheduled to be simulcasted on KABC before ABC picked up more MNF games to be nat'l simulcasted is why the Chargers are simulcasted where they are.

Tomorrow Vikings and Rams will play on Thursday Night Football

In MN-SP and LA, the game will air on Fox O&Os in their respective markets (KMSP and KTTV) with Fox programming bumped to overnight
