I don't usually watch them much but man, not even an overnight airing? Damn. That must've sucked for the fans.Kabc had the NFL preseason game on wheel and jeopardy wasn't on at all last night

Reruns last night on jeopardy it was Issac hirsch run so I had to watch it on wabc through tvpass.orgAren't the Saturday shows reruns of shows from previous seasons? Who would be devastated over not seeing them on one day?
"Jeopardy" was a rerun, fortunately.Last night, the big three networks interrupted their evening newscasts to air a special report on the Alaskan Summit which extended well into the 7PM ET hour signing off around 7:30 pre-empting Wheel in some markets.
The Boston market was no exception as Wheel was moved to WSBK while the main WBZ channel aired the special report.
What if we didn't see them the first time?Aren't the Saturday shows reruns of shows from previous seasons? Who would be devastated over not seeing them on one day?
Nor that the entire world needs to know every possible adjustment in BostonWith Wheel being a rerun it’s not that big of a deal if someone missed it![]()
Your life would go on perfectly fine? What if we didn't see them the first time?

Update for Phoenix, the 2nd half of Stanford/Hawaii will be televised on KTVK 3.3 subchannel per scroll during halftime. Good move so as not to force ppl to stream online.Due to this afternoon's preseason NFL, at least in regards to ABC affiliates who are flagships of the teams playing (WEWS/Cleveland Browns, KTRK/Houston Texans, KABC/Los Angeles Rams), coverage of the Little League World Series will be joined in progress in Cleveland & Houston after the game & one-hour postgame. In L.A., it'll be seen on KABC's 7.2 subchannel as after the one-hour postgame, ABC7 will show an informercial followed by On the Red Carpet. At least SoCal viewers have an alternate option to see the LLWS unlike Cleveland & Houston based off looking at listings. Here in Arizona, KPHO (CBS/Phoenix) & KOLD (CBS/Tuscon) will show the start of the Stanford/Hawaii college football game, but will leave at 6:30 for coverage of the Raiders/Cardinals preseason game, it'll be relegated to CBSsports.com/app/Paramount+ due to KTVK showing Phoenix Rising FC soccer & Arizona's Family Sports simulcasting the preseason football.
Penn and teller and the question for gold (some special hosted by Dean Cain) were prime time programming (both reruns)WCCB had high school football on Friday too. However, it is leaving The CW tomorrow anyway. I don't know what was supposed to be on.
I hope the Dean Cain special wasn't something I would have wanted to see but I don't remember it airing the first time.Penn and teller and the question for gold (some special hosted by Dean Cain) were prime time programming (both reruns)
It's gonna happen again next Sunday with the Emmys & ppl will complain (since it's just a SH weekend for CBS) about pre-show and/or overrun for those areas getting Denver/Indianapolis or Carolina/Arizona at 4:05 ET bumping it off.I wonder if the CBS switchboard was lit up last night after football by disgruntled "60 Minutes" devotees who wondered why their beloved show was bumped entirely due to both the NFL overrun and the VMA Awards.
