Things that make you go Hmmm!

I was rummaging through my old vhs tapes and I came across a Showcus Video of an old kinescope of a show called Vic and Sad. What information I have tells me that it came on in Chicago. None of the retros that I've seen on this board ever listed it. Does anyone know when it was on and what station? Was it WGN, or WMAQ? or was it on later on another station. If anyone has a retro with the show listed, pleas post it?
Thanks
Mike
