I turned on the sports hub this morning and I heard a pleasantly surprising familiar voice. Tanguay is sitting in with Zolak today and I figured Gresh was off or something, but then I heard him too. Its like the twilight zone!
 
I don't know about you, but I'd feel pretty weird if I got fired for low ratings, then a few weeks later found myself on my old show alongside my replacement. Don't get me wrong, I know its the nature of the business,nonetheless, I'd still feel awkward.
 
I misunderstood. I thought you meant it was awkward for you. My bad.
 
Haha not a problem. Does anyone know the story? Did they address it on the air? I didn't hear the whole show
 
He's been doing phone-ins with Toucher and Rich on a regular basis since he was let go. I'm sure they're still paying him, so why not? He has another full-time gig anyway. It sounds like he's handling everything professionally. You need to in this town. I'm sure he doesn't want to burn a bridge. And I'm guessing he'll still be a part of the Patriots pre and post game coverage this fall.
 
i dont know about being let go persay because he said they still wanted him to fill in sometimes but... he made a mention to the fact he has a life now!!! so maybe it was mutual

Gresh, Zo & Tanguay were on together during the draft.

Yea I could have sworn I heard gresh. I guess its possible Zo has a gresh soundboard, but I don't think so. If gresh was there, he was conspicuously quiet
