This is interesting.......

Something in the back of my mind tells me that there is at least one Russian TV station (probably a LP or sub channel) in DC... but I didn't know about the radio. What are the call letters?
 
This DC area station is WZHF AM 1390, recently dropped Spanish/ethnic for the Russian English language news/programming.
 
I believe there is a station running this format in the New York area as well.
Both Brooklyn and Philadelphia have very large Russian expat communities.

The TV station being RT which is on Mhz. WorldView (You can find that on a subchannel of some PBS affiliates & on digital cable where you would usually find nets such as MeTV, Antenna TV, ThisTV, Universal Sports, etc)

Not sure why HD Radio nets haven't formed yet (What are they waiting for?)
