If you want to know who owns Little Hales radio stations just check out the article attached. There is some shady under the table crap being done over there and I have heard it all starts with the guy on the sports show. You know who!! I have been told there is a criminal investigation ongoing looking into some of the alleged wrongdoings (fraud, theft, etc.) Something will be going down shortly!!!! This is only the tip of the iceberg, believe me!

I came across that article a couple of weeks ago when robfwb sent the search on Oh Hale.
It's not really new news as various posts here have talked about that, but your post seems
to be ambigious.

Urtmscomin??? are you talking about possible new additional charges and allegations in addition
to those involved in the sale as published in that article?

On a slightly different twist, what happened to Skip Anderson? Wasn't he Ron's golden boy
for a few months when Hale bought WMMK (K-92) from Tim Fulmer? And, someone in raydio
along the Pandhandle has to know this... Has anyone seen or heard from Hale or his family
during this most enchanting time of their radio careers?
 
Yes, different charges than in the article and yes there has been a sighting of the Hale clan!! They are looking a little jumpy these days!!

Care to elaborate??? I can't believe this guy has gone along pulling stunts like this as long
as he has. It's a small town. How can he survive with little revenue? Has any of this hit the newspapers or TV?

Keep those of us in the dark posted. It's interesting news.
 
I can't hardly say anything for obvious reasons but it will be coming out. It's easy to survive when everything is done under the table. All I can say is it is like "snakes in the grass". I can say that I think they may have screwed over the wrong people here recently. At least that's what I am being told.
 
They screwed over Quantum and Cumulus. Quantum sued and won. Is Cumulus going to sue Hale now?

I know nothing.
 
This may not apply to anything in this thread but I'll post it anyway.
I've been listening to K-rock 100.3 more often recently. They seem to have quite a few local commercials. They are even running commercials for Pensacola businesses (100.3 doesn't reach Pensacola). This seems strange because Hale has supposedly screwed over so many people and made a bad reputation for himself. Is he giving away spots trying to repent?
K-rock is also running a liner taking shots at "big corporate radio" which just doesn't make sense. Isn't 100.3 mostly programed by Jones satellite network? The only "big corporate radio" in FWB is Cumulus, and Hale is currently involved in business transactions with them.
I have no interest in sports radio so I never listen to 98.1. I don't know what's going on there.
 
Yes, they prostitute advertising by lowballing the prices. Like I said in an earlier post, lots of things are done under the table.
 
Sounds like 100.3 may move to 98.1? It will definatly be a boost for ratings as that signal covers Pensacola.

The 100.3 could be an oldies station as this area lacks one.

I've been hearing a lot of non local ads. Sporting News Radio, etc. Just a few local FWB ads.
Too bad Cumulus (SP?) didn't get it Coast 98.1 has a nice ring to it :)

I heard the same thing, but looks like they fired that guy ... Moore ... he was terrible on air anyway. Sounds like it has all settled now.
