U.S. District Court Of Appeals Denies Net Radio Stay
SaveNetRadio.org
The U.S. DISTRICT COURT OF APPEALS has denied a petition submitted by a number of webcaster associations for an emergency stay according to the SAVENETRADIO coalition. [EDIT]
Q: Do all radio stations have to pay these people, commercial and non-cemmercial am's and fm's too? No one is exempt right? If that is the cast then we will see most radio staions turn off there internet streams, Yes/No?
