This may be my last chance to hear Party 105.3

If the rumors on this board are right that Party 105 will flip formats on September 15th, then today could be the last day I will hear Party 105.3 in New Jersey on tropo. I will feel devastated if they flip formats next week. I already feel sad because there are no jocks. It sounds like a jockless internet dance station. This format flip will not only affect Long Islanders, it will affect the whole dance radio industry.

On the other hand, I heard a promo for their MegaJam concert September 24th. I wish I could go, but I'm doing other things that night and I would have to drive over 100 miles each way.

I will be listening to Party 105.3 tonight if it stays strong here, and don't be surprised if I cry. If a DXer in New Jersey is affected by this station's possible format change, imagine how many local listeners must be affected.

Just driving in Connecticut and hearing Party 105.3 without the jocks there was eerie. In one way it was cool because you've heard continual music but at the same time you have that uneasy feeling because something is going to happen.

At least they didn't do a SUDDEN flip like Infinity did with CBS going "Jack"

Getting them here in Nassau county too. I feel quite sad listening, knowing that it could be going away real soon. It's eerie without the DJs too.
It's really an outrage what has happened. I wish I had 80 million to buy the whole group from Morey Org. Radio shouldn't just be for the rich.
