'This' Primetime Movie

Once again, 'This' primetime movie had the network logo on it. Usually, there's no network logo during the primetime movie during the primetime broadcast, but it's there during it's late night repeat. But since Friday, 'This' bug is there during the primetime movie!

This really isn't related, but I've noticed THIS is airing some different/new movies. Finally.

If Wikipedia is correct ::), they are airing some Universal, 20th, and Paramount product now. Previously, it had just been MGM/United Artists (not the ones Ted Turner owns).

Well, I tuned in several times during the primetime movie. Looks like 'This' logo will be on that as well...

Lest we forget, as long as we are on the topic of "this" and "that", there is also the other thing.

Yeah but the movies from universal and 20th are the same ones you see on AMC I like the MGM library which include films from orion, american international pictures and united artists but like everyone else they want higher ratings so now they're adding overplayed a list movies from other major studios.

Actually, I've seen films airing on THIS that HAVEN'T been aired on AMC (or FOX Movie Channel) in YEARS (and when was the last time AMC ran anything older than the mid-1970's? from the Universal Library?) It's a good rotation.

Still, even if some of them are overplayed, it's better than the constant rotation of almost alll B-rate movies that they had been running. I don't get AMC (it's on the next Dish Network package level up from mine), so I can't really speak for what they air.

I have noticed, however, that THIS seems to be airing fewer "old" movies. I agree that the current rotation is pretty good and they will likely do well with it.
