I tried your station, it's pretty good. My Launchcast station's name is joegulinello. Try it, it's a good mix of everything.

And this realtes to Chicago radio becausssssse.......???

Re: This REALLY plays anything (country)!!!

I kind of like the nwside7725 station myself, but that's what is great about Yahoo music. I like the service a lot. Beats anything Chicago radio could ever hope to offer.

Like I said a while back, everyone's a programmer, everyone can do their own thing. When you can do what you want, the way you want, where you want it becomes another choice and that choice takes away from radio. It's amateur "music programming" at its finest. While it doesn't mean it would cut it on "radio" it does detract from people listening to radio and there's not much radio can do about that.

Does Yahoo have a internet directory of stations programmed by indivivduals yourself and like LIVE365 does?
How did you get on? Would do you do to get on.

If you have a Yahoo username and password, just go to "Music"
which will take you to LaunchCast.

Under this, you can create your own station. I have a country station there
under the name floridaradioboy.

I spend more time and effort with my Live365 stations, but have the Yahoo one
for fun.

Their directory is quite long, and I find it more difficult than Live's, unless you know the name of the station already. It seems harder to just "surf into" one on Yahoo.<P ID="signature">______________

You still have to be a Launchcast Plus member to hear their station. But to hear Live 365's stations, you just need a free username and password.
