This TV

In 2008, "This" came on the air as a joint venture between MGM and Weigel Broadcasting. Then Weigel sold it's half to Tribune in 2013. It was my understanding that Nexstar Media Group would inherit the 50% upon acquiring the Tribune stations, but now, This' Wikipedia page lists MGM Domestic Television Distribution as the owner, and not one mention of This on nexstar.tv nor any mention of Nexstar on thistv.com... Did MGM buy Nexstar out on This or what?

I think that This TV & Tribune partnership ended in Nov 2019 before the merger with Nexstar as Tribune signed on for Court TV for 18 or 19 TV stations which WXMI Fox17 was one of them to get Court TV on .3 on Comcast channel 294 and Charter Spectrum channel 199 which use to be This TV. I never watched This TV wasn't my type of network.

I think you're right. In Hartford. WCCT-TV 20, which was owned by Tribune and is now owned by Tegna was airing THIS TV on Channel 20.2 and replaced it with Court TV on November 1st.

I wonder if Antenna TV will move from Tegna's WTIC-TV 61.2 to a subchannel of Nexstar's WTNH/WCTX. WTIC-TV was owned by Tribune.

That was what I thought as well when Antenna TV went to Nexstar that they would've wanted it for one TV stations they own on Wiki it says WXMI is an Antenna TV O&O which is .2. Nexstar has a lot of the Katz diginets that Scripps owns.

Now that Nexstar bought WJZY I guess Antenna TV will return to the station when its contract with WCCB expires. It moved to WCCB in 2014 when WJZY picked up Movies! Something will have to move off of WJZY, not sure what.
