Thought I was hearing things on KVET...

This afternoon coming back home from the country I noticed 2 feeds on KVET, one feed had a delay from the other. I was getting both feeds outside of Gonzales. Strange.
 
Well I am hearing things too... Mix 94.7 must be off the air. I keep hearing a faded country station. I guess there repairing the tower or something, I don't know.
