Anyone tune into the new Billy Bush show yet? Any thoughts? Is this westwood one answer to premiere launching the seacrest show?
 
no one listens to myfm....not sure youll get any responses haha
 
It's a hard show to listen to. His connections get him some great guests & interviews, but it's too much talk. I find myself thinking, "gee, I don't care about (fill in the name) or his or her latest movie or show, so why don't they just play some music?" and I think that I should be wanting the opposite. Problem for me is that I don't find Billy Bush to be very likeable.
 
Hes long winded and uninteresting. Another great example of how tv guys don't translate to radio. Even my girlfriend changes the station 45 seconds into a long talk break. Play the hits and shut up! Most of the people that he interviews are has beens or c-celebrities at best. Once in a while he gets someone decent like madonna a couple weeks ago, but even then i can't see madonna fans setting their alarms to tune in. The only reason i listen is because thats the station "the powers at be" have on at my other job, so sadly im giving them ratings. And to think they gave up boggie nights for this?
