I'll validate that, the staff was great, the family however can have a cavalier attitude toward staff, and the pay is really low end compared to others in market such as Entercom... I had a miserable time with Bill Lynett and his horrible attitude. Has age mellowed him, hope so.. but as a PD, you better be aware of this... scmidlapp, i must have worked w/ you.. so I think my statement is fair without being harsh... and I would think you probably agree.. just remember these 2 words..
