Well for one Star 94 rebounded and Q100 dropped. I wonder what Star 94 did right that April that Q100 didn't.
94.9:Lite-FM took the typical drop in the Spring, but should probably go up a little with the demise of Cool 105.7. If the ratings drop due to more 60's and 70's, though, it may be a sign that Atlanta's just getting pretty darn young or Oldies really is dying.
Viva will probably be back in Top 10 status next trend when the move to 105.7 is recorded.
Same could be said for 96 Rock, considering this book only covers the first month of Braves' baseball and the return of the Regular Guys hasn't been written down yet.
What is Radio One going to do with 102.5? Their ratings can't go any lower, and bad signal is no excuse, because I've seen them do nearly twice as good on that same stick. Rhythmic AC? The "Red" format? (we can probably support a format like that a lot better than St. Louis can)
Or could it be that even Urban oldies is a dying format around the nation, considering Kiss 104.1 took a fall too.
We also have a falling star out of Hot 107.9. What could Radio One do with that station if it goes to oblivion?
Just my 0.2 cents.
