Three New Stations For The Touch Today's R&B and Old School Format

WXAL 1400 AM Demopolis, WYLS 670 AM and their new 100.7 FM counterpart York, are the new stations.

I don't know how much of the network they carry.

Caught wind of it, earlier today.

P.S. Just like all the other AM stations who have a FM relay, WYLS AM was heavily advertising theirs and telling people to check it out.

B.T.W. I hope WXAL will soon get them a FM relay for their station.  I'm rooting for it to happen.

I assume that these stations are carrying the automated "The Touch" urban AC feed. Is so they are carrying the same programming that we get on WRNE 980 down here in Pensacola. It seems like this voice tracked format would be one of the most common formats carried on smaller stations in the Ala, GA, and Miss area.

These three stations don't carry the network at all times. They have it on at various times only. Did some checking and discovered that.

WRNE down here in Pensacola works the same way. When they aren't live they carry "The Touch". I guess that's typical with stations carrying VT'd formats like this?
