Does anyone know where i can see throwback sitcoms like A DIFFERENT WORLD, 227 and WHATS HAPPENNING ? I'm wonder if TV ONE would step up and show some better shows this season?

Actually it was Amen that was on ION, not 227. 227 was on TV ONE, plus a brief run on TV Land.
WGSA, our affiliate of The CW here in Savannah, airs A Different World weeknights at 10PM and 10:30PM, respectively.

Couldn't find any current What's Happening!! listings
As far as DVD:
227's first season, all of What's Happening!! (plus the 1st season of What's Happening Now!!), and A Different World's 1st season are all available (a buyout of A Different World's original rights-holder to release DVDs has delayed the release of the 2nd season).
