I don't think so...because WCDL is owned and programmed by Route 81 in Carbondale and the all new #1 Thunder 102 is owned and programmed by Bob Mermel's company in Honesdale. With AP News no longer providing a complete long form air product, a change in format may have been necessary. Country seems to fill a void. Makes sense.

It's Country ... Now all they need is that country yussi nut and they git it
wraped up !!!!!!
 
Country Yussi - Oh yea. They'd have to crank the mic up all the way so its distorted, and turn the phone pot up all the way so there is always feedback when the little kids are trying to repeat what their parents are trying to tell them what to say!
