Thursday meteor scatter (MS) unID on 87.9 FM

Lots of MS on the FM band this morning into the afternoon
on another hot day here in Northern Ontario.

I had no ID's but I had received a signal on 87.9 FM on
my car radio while parked in my driveway at home during
the 11:00 AM EDT hour playing classic rock during
the MS burst and I thought I might of received another
mixing in on 87.9 at the same time. I checked 87.7 had
TV audio from channel 6 and 88.1 with different programing
during the burst that nearly lasted at least 6 seconds or so.

I have never heard of a radio station on 87.9 that's powerful
enough to be received via MS or e-skip.

Any ideas who would be playing classic rock on 87.9 FM and
where it might be coming from???

Take care and all the best.
