Ticket Compound 2008 news

FWIW, and if those who care haven't already guessed, there will be a third Compound this April. I talked to Craig this morning before the free movie and he confirmed it.

Did I say 'free movie'? The station had a free screening at the Cinemark IMAX on LBJ for a new U2 concert film, 'U2 3D'; I didn't know U2 had a movie coming out. Was a good time...it was filmed at a concert they did in Buenos Aires. Oh, the Musers stuck around to watch, but they didn't sit anywhere near me so I couldn't see if any of them were yuk-ing it up or not, hopefully Gordo kept his hands to himself....
 
I believe it was once said on the air that during a brainstorming session about what the station could do/add as the Charity Challenge got old that it was Greggo (he who cannot be named) who came up with the idea of the compound. I found it surprising when I heard this that Greggo would be the one to come up with the idea. My how the mighty have fallen...
