Tifton to pick up another station

There used to be an Ocilla station at that frequency. It seems awful close to drop one in or is it a move in?

I'm sort of surprised that the FCC even approved such an allocation. If and when 97.7 eventually does sign on, at least half the folks around the nation probably will have either an I Pod or a satellite radio subscription.

It is a drop in new allocation. The window to apply for the frequency has yet to be open. They are restricted to about 10 miles north of Ty Ty due to 97.9 Ambrose( the old 97.7 Ocilla-Tifton).
