Because he gave the most insincere apology on record.

His speech was obviously written by a team of PR professionals. He knew exactly when to stare at the close-up camera when saying just the right words but his facial expressions said, "I'm just reading what they told me to."

His apology ranks right up there with Mike Tyson and Michael Vick.
