"Hora Nacional" which is a program supplied by the Mexican government: even 91X has had to interrupt its hipness to air this. I know of one station that broadcast the program by taking a radio tuned a TJ AM station, turning up the volume so loud it was distorted and then putting a mike in front of the radio to re-broadcast it on their FM signal. The idea was that the quality was so bad that anyone tuning in would think the station had gone off the air and they were picking some bad Mexican station they could not normally hear.
