Tijuana/Tecate TV stations in San Diego

Hi I haven't been to San Diego for a long time. I was wonder how is the reception of Tijuana/Tecate station coming into San Diego. Excellent? Good? Fair? or Poor? Can they serve all over San Deigo market?

XHTJB 3 - Tijuana
XETV 6 - Tijuana
XEWT 12 - Tijuana
XHITT 21 - Tijuana
XHJK 27 - Tijuana
XHAS 33 - Tijuana
XHBJ 45 - Tijuana
XHDTV 49 - Tecate
XHUAA 57 - Tijuana

I was down there in June. I noted that XEWT, XETV and XHDTV were all on Cox Cable in the northeastern part of the county. In case it's been too long:
XETV (Fox 6) has an aggressive (and good) local news operation;
XHAS (Telemundo) has adopted the look and imaging of other Telemundo stations across the country, and produces a nightly half-hour newscast.
XHDTV (My 13) transmits on UHF 49, but is carried on most area cable systems on channel 13. Until recently, it was branded as UPN13, and remains a UPN affiliate until that network shuts down later this summer. It is operated as a cross-border duopoly with XETV, but does not carry any of that stations' news products.

I've picked up XHBJ and XHUAA at relatives' homes in Los Angeles in the not-too-distant past. I can't really decipher what XHBJ was doing; XHUAA relays XEW-2 Mexico City's "Canal De Las Estrellas" general entertainment programming schedule with local commercials.

Then you have NBC 7/39 in San Diego with their counterpart "Mi San Diego 43" and KGTV (ABC) 10's "Azteca America" LPTV in North County which is on cable 15 on Cox.

I'm talking about off the air reception. I know about XETV 6, XEWT 12, XHAS 33, & XHDTV 49 can be recieved by cable, but what about off the air. How well does their signal reach in San Diego County.
