With what seems to be the eventual shutdown of TikTok in the US, what if anything happens to the themed channel TikTok Radio ch. 4? Does SXM actually license the name from ByteDance to image that particular channel after the popular app and its music? If so what plans could (or should) SXM do in light of all this?

There’s a possibility that SiriusXM could rebrand the channel to “SiriusXM Viral Hits” or “Viral Hits Radio” if the TikTok ban in the United States takes effect. If not, the channel could permanently shut down. SXM has not announced any changes to TikTok Radio at this time.

Could SiriusXM do an end run around Biden/Trump and just tell TikTok to set up the same deal with SXM Canada? TikTok (the internet site) will still be available in Canada, so why not just sign a deal there and put the channel on the satellites for all to hear, regardless of location?
My understanding of the Sirius deal is it's mainly branding, and doesn't involve the Chinese Communist Party. The reason why congress is shutting down TikTok is because of security, not branding.
