Former 96Rock PD Tim Dukes has a new gig. Dukes has been named vice president of promotions for the broadcasting and interactive divisions of Tribune Co.

Dukes beat out several other qualified candidates through is talent, wit, ingenuity and track record of success.

His new bosses, Tribune Interactive President Marc Chase who reports to COO Randy Michaels and subsequently Tribune CEO, Sam Zell must be awfully proud to have found this former investment banker.
 
never had an opportunity to work with Tim, but did interview for a job a couple of years ago with him, found him to be a very nice guy. Wish him the best of luck
 
Better him than me!

Just tell him to stay away from giving away those trips to Florida unless he has the tickets in hand! ;D
