Tim Gerard Exits Mainline

Tim Gerard, program director and afternoon jock for Urban AC WMJM has left that position. Mark Gunn has been filling in during the
search for a replacement. Tim Gerard has been in the Louisville market since the mid 80's. He was an on-air personality for former urban WJYL. After WJYL, he worked for several other stations including former urban WLOU, former country WTMT, and country WULF. He was the jock who signed on WGZB on April 1990 and later hosted a top-rated morning show for that station before he moved to WMJM in 1999. It will interesting to see where he will end up next, perhaps WLUE. He always seem to have a passion for 80's pop music.

Timm is a throughgoing professional and a good person. Let's hope the Louisville market doesn't lose him...
