Today is "Clear Channel National Staff Axing Day: Fall 2012 Edition". This time, after murky financial reports, they went for the bigger markets. Tim, so far, is the only one gone at CC ATL. Then again, they got rid of a good amount of their staff at Project, so that's probably why the damage at CCATL was so light.

Tim Michaels was let go from KICKS about a year ago. He replaced Bill Cellar in the afternoon drive and then fired after a couple of years.

No. IIRC 94.9's demos are younger than Kick's. Young Demo's are what is wanted by a large percentage of the agency buyers.
