Tim Stokes, formerly employed in Albany by Regent Broadcasting both on the air and in Production for many, many, years passed this morning while shoveling snow. He was truly a consummate professional in radio. His radio career is a long one which traces back to California. You likely heard his commercial voice work on various stations in our market. He was great to work with and will be missed! Our thoughts are with is family.
 
Tim was an evening on-air talent on WTRY and WABT using the name "Tim Reid". At Regent, he was a primary
production voice for WQBK and WTMM.

Seriously... condolences, thoughts and prayers to Tim's family.

Omigod...He was one of my favorite jocks on the Buzz...A rich, deep voice. Love his air work both on air and commerically. Very sad.
