Time Brokering Programs Needed

Does anyone know if there are any companines (in the whole wide world) that are willing to pay for 30-60 minutes of air time on a regular basis such as, actor's guilds, audible books, cooking by radio, guitar lesson on air, etc. to promote their products? I'm looking for products that could broadcast by radio for the benefit of the visually impaired.
 
Maybe this is too general of a question or possibly the wrong terminology?

If I said, "Reverse Syndication" would that make more sense? Or, one long infommercial?
