Time for New Country Station

The Wolf is do dull, boring and empty of life. Smokey in mornings...are you kidding me? Tara, Dingo, Justin and Chris need a few big personalities to be hired! Justin needs to get a real helicoptor like in the beginning and go back to his old reporting ways...let him loose. Tara has the passion this station needs. Dingo should be a regular Day Parter DJ not some behind the scenes guy...this guy has the passion and delivery style the Wolf is lacking!

Mark Phillips has the voice he just needs to put some energy behind it.

Lisa Taylor could be a Operater on the PHone...lifeless.

The Wolf has the branding to win and even the jingles to speak, but the DJs suck with no energy....Lame billboards. No Color and No Life.

KSCS on the other hand has the DJs and the energy, but the Brand and Jingles suck. They are leading by default and not because of their product!

Both Country stations are vulnerable and why can't Clear Channel and CBS see this is anyone's guess. CC will get a spike with Lonestar 92.5, but that Southern Fried Rock with some Country will fail just like the wierd mix on the Wolf is doing!

The "New" Wolf is going to collapse into itsself eventually. Smokey is decent in his off-air position, but is one of the worst on-air guys around. Ive heard 1st year broadcasting students on KNTU and KTCU with more talent and energy than he posseses

Agree on the Wolf. But, then again, look at who owns them. ;) That
has a lot to do with them being somewhat empty-sounding and lifeless.

I'm actually finding Lonestar somewhat refreshing, with all the other
distractions not getting in the way of the music. In their case, what we
in the biz find "dull and boring" listeners often find welcome because of the
lack of interruptions. Website's very sharp & different, too.

That's what Sebastian is counting on.

You have got to be kidding - so many freaking country stations as it is - there is probably NO way you could possibly NOT find some country station you like somewhere.
