Time Inc to be sold to the Meredith corportation

At the time I posted this uncertainties were at play like how will the magazine division of Time inc fare when Meredith takes over or how will Time Inc respond to the WSMV lawsuit at the time though. So far the magazine division of Meredith are facing the changes though.
