Time Michales new DJ on evening for KICKS?

For the past 3 week I have heard nothing but Tim Michales on KICKS from 7-midnight? Why is this? I thought Rob Lee was the man for those 5 hours. If I recall Rob owned a Pawn Shop somewhere in the metro?
