Time Warner Cable and ESPN

So whats the whole story behind Time Warner Cable and ESPN? If both parties don't come to a agreement by September 2 then ESPN, ESPN 2, and the rest of the ESPN family of networks will off Time Warner Cable.

Bright House has for years piggybacked on TWC in retrans consent agreements – the LIN TV dispute of 2008 affected their Indy system, for example.

The worst thing is how the ads messed up my newspaper reading.

Not my real newspaper, but the ones online that I only get to see every two weeks if I drive to a library, if that often.
