Time Warner Cable Customer Addressed As "C-Word" In Letter

Can you say, "s*** just got real"?
http://arstechnica.com/business/201...tomer-ct-after-she-reports-cable-box-problem/

The good news is that TWC not only decided to do business with the person responsible for changing the customer's name, they severed ties with the whole third-party outlet the person worked for.

And, of course, the customer gets a free year of cable service, and an apology.

The irony is that this comes at a time that Time Warner is in the process of being acquired by Comcast, whose own cable representatives have received bad press of their own in recent months.
