Time-Warner Cable T.V. FINALLY puts on WGHP-TV 8.2!!!

Finally, Time-Warner Cable TV has added WGHP-TV 8.2. However, the picture still seems fuzzy and the screen is not 100% in size. The picture is large and is a "box" with black around it on the screen. Time-Warner, what is the problem??? Why isn`t the picture clearer???
 
For what it's worth, the picture on Antenna TV's Cleveland affiliate WJW 8.2 is fine here via Time Warner Cable (digital 988, QAM 8.2).
 
In a response to a poster here, all I can do is LAUGH! I have many interests in a great life! I am just glad that I am not a bitter old poster on the internet who makes assumptions and judgements about someone they DON`T EVEN KNOW!!! You don`t get under my skin, I am the one who feels soory for-YOU-LOL!!!
 
Don't forget your harsh stands on Rod Davis' tree-lighting thing, WGHP "breaking their promise" and "failing," and the fact that no station did the Warthog games last year.
If you thought half as much as you spoke, you'd know all those things are full of "assumptions and judgments about someone THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW."
 
NO!!!! These were statements of FACT and not ATTACKS on somebody. I just reported, I didn`t made statements or judgements ABOUT the character of the person.
 
By the way, The Warthogs HAVEN`t existed for THREE years!!! DASH!!! DASH!!!!! DASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
