Time Warner vs FOX

Anyone willing to place a friendly bet on who will "blink first" when it comes to this situation?

Can you imagine the right-wingers not being able to view FOX news on cable 24/7? They will have a fit!

In that case, it's not going to happen -- Fox News and Fox Business are under separate contracts, and will not go dark when the rest of the Fox family does.

The Rochester YNN Time Warner news channel has announced a temporary agreement has been made between T-W and Fox. No details were given. Personally, there are no Fox cable channels I would miss.

Same here in the CNY region... there were only 5 or 6 channels mentioned to be in jeopardy and I wouldn't miss any of them.

Time Warner has that "get tough or roll over" website, and I voted for them to get tough. Unfortunately, the website doesn't show which side is actually winning or any assurance that they'll actually honor the votes. But I really hope they do what's right for the customer. There's nothing on any of these channels that's so good that anybody would miss it... if a program is really THAT great, it would be on a network, not some third-class channel that's only offered on digital cable.
