With this being the 20th anniversary of the hit movie Titanic starring Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio the cable networks have been playing the crap out of the movie. It's pretty much been on a couple times a week for the past few months.
This is what I find interesting. The movie is approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes long. When it's been on the Viacom owned networks - VH1, CMT, MTV, and Spike they've been airing it for 4 hours and 30 mins, meaning they insert 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of commercials into it. (Provided they don't edit anything out of the movie).
Now today the movie is on the NBC-Universal owned network Bravo. They are airing it for just 4 hours and 10 minutes, meaning they are only inserting 55 minutes worth of commercials into it. (Provided they didn't edit anything out of the movie).
