Christ on a crutch! I tried to listen to WTKK this afternoon and wanted to drive my car into a tree. Between Brian McGrory (?) say 'ummm' every other word and the horrid accent on McGee or McFee (?) or whatever her name was. Is WTKK that desperate for newpaper coverage that they will take anyone with a column as a host, regaurdless of what they have to say; or how poorly the say it?

So I guess we should excuse his lousy radio tech. why? Granted, talking on the radio is not rocket science (even Tai does it from time to time), but you should have some basic skills before doing a show. TKK just seems to toss anyone with a column on the air and hope it sticks.

Brian McGrory is very good even though he sounds like Bill O'Reilly in voice quality. Gail McFee is another story. Sorry, but this woman must talk speech lessons before she goes out in public. She is an embarassment.

I totally disagree. Yesterday he was saying 'ummm' every third or fourth word, like he had no idea what to say next, and had no chem. with his co-host (as bad as she was, he should have been able to rise above it) I like most of McGrory's stuff that I've read (except the piece that he tries to make about himself, like his war with Hingham), but between the two of them, I could not listen to that show.

Just found out that it was not Gail McFee, as bad as she is, that was on with B.M., it was Michele McPhee from the Herald that was so horid on the air the other day. What, if anything, was TKK thinking? ???
