TNT's "Dallas" revival cancelled

After three seasons and 40 episodes, TNT decided today to pull the plug on its version of the nighttime drama "Dallas". What was the final episode aired most recently on September 22nd, which ended with Jesse Metcalfe's character (Christopher Ewing) being killed in a car explosion.

Personally, I thought the series was getting a bit better, even with Larry Hagman no longer around. The acting, at least among the younger leads, wasn't all that great, but I thought the storylines were getting better by each episode. Just had to wonder how much longer the new series would continue on without Hagman's prescene.

I am surprised it lasted that long.....Did not like the revival in the beginning...tried to watch more and still didnt like it...
Some shows are best left in the past......they should have called it Dallas, The Next Generation and had a robot and ....oh wait, thats been done ;)
