I am going to the University of Michigan hospital for my fourth biopsy. As yet, they have not been able to harvest any cancer cells so they don't know what kind of cancer. This is getting very frustrating. My ability to breathe is getting more and more difficult.

Sorry to hear it's been a struggle, Frank..Especially your ability to breathe. I believe you mentioned once previously that you have COPD and use oxygen at times. This most likely compounds that. Hopefully they sort it quickly and find a way to put whichever strain you have, into remission!

You need to keep positive and once they get it figured out, be a good patient follow the Dr.'s orders. A lot of people are praying for you (me included). I understand the "non knowing". I had an operation 6 years ago where they removed what they thought was a "cancerous" polyp.. My mind was going to all kinds of negative outcomes while I was waiting for the operation. I was lucky and they caught it before things got bad. It was precancerous. I hope your outcome will be like mine. Stay positive and stay in prayer.

Best wishes Frank!

I hate hospitals. After what happened to me in August 2021, I should've gotten a lawyer and sued them. On August 10th, 2021 I was feeling cruddy. So I slept all day. I awoke after 3PM and I was in so much pain. Eventually my Mom called 9-1-1 and I was transported to the hospital, where I was diagnosed with appendicitis. I was transported to a sister hospital for them to preform the surgery the next day.

So I was at home recovering for about 2 weeks. Saturday August 28th I'm feeling like crud and slept all day. I wake up around 4PM and the side of my shirt is wet. As is the area where my incision was. My Mom brings me to the ER of the hospital. They determined I had an infection in the area of my surgery site. They cut me open in the ER to remove the infection. I stayed in the ER til after 2AM. A nurse came to transfer me to a wheelchair to transport me to a room. I get out of my bed to get into the wheel chair and I fell. Women didn't even try to stop me from falling. I felt like every bone in my body was broken. Eventually I was transported to my room. No apology from them for letting me fall. I made it known to every doctor and nurse that I fell and they basically didn't want to know anything about it. They took X-RAYS a few hours later and determined nothing was broken.

Several days later I went to my work to get help from the Personnel Manager filling out the Leave of Absence paper work and I told her what happened she told me to get a lawyer and sue. A co-worker who happened to be studying to become a nurse came into the Personnel office as I was telling my story and she mentioned that 2 people are supposed to help transport patients, so what happened to me shouldn't happen to me. She ttoo told me to sue.
