Wondering what tools/process you use to "reverse lookup" a tower site?
FCC has the map for "where is there transmitter" queries...but I'm curious to find out how, as you drive by a tower site of some kind, how you go about figuring out "who owns that?" Do you have to get the lat/long and do FCC lookup (I found that wasn't all that functional when I tried that once years ago)
