If the Eagles were any good at all, they would have blown the Cards out. But they packed it in when McNabb went down and allowed alleged QB Josh McClown to have the best game of his career.
BTW, the "announced" attendance was 44,723, but there were probably less than 30,000 actually at the game.

If you've never been to SDS, consider yourself lucky. It's bad even for a college stadium. The only advantange it has for me is that I get almost door-to-door bus service from my apartment complex since my local bus route ends in downtown Tempe a block from SDS.

They used to, even 5 years ago, but the more people from back east move here, the lower percentage of natives and long-time residents there are.
I was at a Cards game at SDS a few years ago, where the Arizona Repulsive had a sales booth. They were giving away Cowboy t-shirts with every subscription to that rag they sold. The problem was, the Cards were playing the Redskins, not the Cowboys. Yet another brilliant sales ploy by the worst major newspaper in the country, but they were still pandering to the few people that were here before the Cards arrived. Most of those people are Cowboy fans.
