Al Roker and Tamron Hall canned from 9:00 hour show to make way for Megan (I'm a Star) Kelly! I have heard she (Kelly) is one of the most difficult on-air types to work with. Has anyone else heard the same?

I assume you're talking about Megyn Kelly. The story is a bit more complicated than what you wrote. She's still under contract to Fox until July, then has a 6 month non-compete, so she won't appear on Today until 2018. Here's a version of the story:

https://www.yahoo.com/celebrity/megyn-kelly-host-hour-today-193458629.html

In the story it says that Tamron Hall is still with NBC News. Of course Al Roker will continue on the 7-9AM edition of Today.

Megyn will report for "Today", but will also offer prime time hosting. This is her deal.

Generally, IMO, CBS has the best morning network news show. Can't stand the fluff on NBC and ABC. Again, just IMO.

wasn't this the hour that was hosted by Billy Bush before he got fired by NBC News because of the fallout from the 2005 (then reality star and future president) Donald Trump tape.

An editorial from FTV Live

Recently, NBC has been hiring high profile talent from Fox; Greta Van Susteren and Megyn Kelly.

According to Page Six, insiders are saying NBC head honcho Andy Lack wants to make NBC and MSNBC, the next Fox News.

NBC is denying any shift in their approach. Reportedly a rep said, "The only thing Andy Lack is 'tilting toward' is even more good journalism."

From where we sit, MSNBC has a long way to go, before it consistently threatens Fox News.

Ann Curry had many years on the Today show as the news reader and a fan base. Tamron Hall has both less time on the show (a LOT less time) and a far smaller fan base. I think she just saw that there was no upward mobility for her at NBC anytime soon.

She may well end up at CNN.

I'm no fan of Billy Bush, but I do believe that he was treated unfairly in this matter. The release of the tape was intended to "get" Trump, but it "got" him instead!

Billy was just trying to seek revenge on behalf of his kin Jeb, but it backfired and now we have Prez Trump and Billy is unemployed. Why feel sorry for him? He knew the risks.

Yeah I was talking about Megyn "Santa is White" Kelly. You know the one who has had all the plastic surgery, and insists she is a serious journalist.
