Radio T.E.D. is an old time Tube radio with warm Heart( and Tubes) that will make you remember back in Time and bring a smile to your face...

Groucho:
when do you think can we hear that kind of music, strongly in Philly?
with 10 kwatts coverages the metro area of Philadelphia on House's radio-receivers?

Im just beginning to build the permanent ATU.
I am hoping that the weather will be nice tomorrow.
and Keep my fingers crossed the Temp ATU is dry in the morning... I will attempt to Power it up to 10kw sometime in the morning.
After the other half gets home tonight I May take a Ride down to the site
If it stopped raining and try it. Thats if she does not get home too late..

Hi Neal!

If that BE box folded back to 250 watts, it still was doing a good job. Love the music! On the way back up the Blue Route to Oreland from Brookhaven the signal tonight was still good.

They have been on all day and night, with a strong signal in Philly, they just played the Everly Brothers at 8:15PM, very good signal in Southwest Philly, today and tonight. When they sign off a disney channel comes in, but I don't know where its from, it can get very loud and strong when WTTM is OTA.

Well The Disney your hearing is WDSS in ADA, Mich.
they are supposed to be Running 680 watts But the signal seems like they are
Running at daypower.
Its 10pm and Im using a cheap sony walkman in my living room here in Monroe Twp, /Jamesburg, and WTTM is comming in really strong. so thats a good sign.
looks Like I have to change some settings On T.E.D.
he gets cut off by the next song.

Keep listening you never know what he is going to play next

EVEN BETTER SIGNAL TODAY

Exceptionally strong today in Center City and points west and east driving in the car, crisp and clear. Music wise, they put BEN and JACK to shame, where else can you hear Connie Francis singing in Italian followed by Bad Company and then Aerosmith. This has to be the original "We play what we REALLY want" format, without the Rap/HH and R&B, not the joke on 95.7 or 101.1.

Re: EVEN BETTER SIGNAL TODAY

Thanks for the comments
Today I was running Full power at 10kw
had a small RFI Issue and went down to 1kw for a short bit
Resolved the RFI Issue, and been Running 10kw all day.
We will Go back down to 1 kw until Friday morning.
at that Time It will return back to 10kw

Re: EVEN BETTER SIGNAL TODAY

Still stong tonight in all parts of Philly, I always noticed that most AM signals are distored and weak at night, but WTTM is the same, both day and night. One thing, when the Monster Mash was played, as a few other widely separated tunes, the lead vocals were missing, it seemed the main vocals were in the other channel, but that channel was not coming through. It had to be a widely separated recording, with the main vocals in one channel and the music and background vocals in the other, with only one channel being used. Such as with the Beatles, Beach Boys, some Motown, especially Jan and Dean and the Turtles. Great format all in all, I guess I should enjoy it before it goes "POOF".

Re: EVEN BETTER SIGNAL TODAY

I knew I forgot to Do something tonight......
I forgot to re hookup the 9100B processor...... its a long story
But lets just say someone above me was at the site today and he does Not like the 9100 and reconnected the 9200 mono processor. I totally forgot about that.while fixing the timing on the liners. so its running on the 9200
He also turned the audio leads 180 degrees I have to fix that too.

Hey, Neal....
