Found out that Todd Gross (formerly of WHDH) has been doing morning weather segments on my alma mater KTVX (abc 4) in Salt Lake City. Not sure if it's a permanent gig for him, but he was out there and live in studio for it. Just checked out his weathercast for Monday and he did a really professional job - as usual.

I wish him the very best of luck - the folks at ch. 4 are great to work with!

That's great!!! Waaaay back when, I actually worked that very shift. BUT, that was back when we only did cut ins and short newscasts at :25 and :55. Nonetheless, there are still a couple of old timers from those days at channel 4 who will really appreciate Todd's love of weather (like weekender Clayton Brough).

New England's loss is Utah's gain. Again, I wish him all the best!!
