Have you guys been following this story? Wave 3 and others are alleging that Todd Kelly has been faking ALS and possibly running off with the money. Todd refused to produce proof of the disease after being asked to do so by WAVE-3.

There are rumors circulating that he has done this before and that his mom was in on it (no proof yet). Could it be true?
 
I saw this story last night. The state police are investigating the fund raising as well. The story pointed out as well that Todd declared that he had the disease over 5 years ago and seems basically fine now. Medical experts said he would be basically wheel chair bound if that were the case, more like a stroke victim.

Aside from faking the disease, the biggest part seems to be no one knows where the money has gone. Local ALS organizations no longer want to work with him in gathering funds.

Todd has claimed this on the Crusade for Children in the past. If all of this is true, it's really sad and very cruel...

Rumor has it 20/20 is working on a story. Several people in the market have been interviewied by a local reporter who said the footage could be used nationally.

We should know more about this story this week...he is scheduled to meet with investigators today (Monday).
