TOM BENSON, ORLANDO'S LEGENDARY RADIO PROGRAMMER!

I"d like to consider myself one of the lucky one's, lucky enough to be hired by and to work for Tom Benson during my radio career, Tom's talent, along with his radio broadcast programming expertise is something Orlando radio's CBS, COX and Clear Channel's should take a closer look at, Tom's local radio broadcast programming expertise is what programming is all about......! Local......!

Tom, your officially welcome, I neglected to mention during my last post, and for Radio-Info.com poster's and reader's not only is Tom one of Orlando's top legendary radio programmer's, the little known fact that Tom also is a top-notch on-air talent as well, several if not most of the Orlando FM radio stations which come to my mind, would be lucky to have Tom programming their station's, now, with that said, my uncle Harry L. MaGee, knowing that I finally said something nice to someone about something would be rolling over in his grave with delight....! Tom, I'd like to think that Perhaps, Uncle Harry in spirit, is still out looking for the brand new Transmitter, brand new cart-machine's and another brand new slide-pot-board!

I also had the honor of working with Benson during the launch of WFLF/WFLA 540, 10 years ago. To this day I consider him a mentor, guidance counsellor and weight loss coach. I love the guy!
